What's the Vision in Your Ideal Work Week?

What's the Vision in Your Ideal Work Week?

Have you ever had a week where you look back and go.... this was a dream week? Do you have a vision that you can articulate what your ideal week would look like? As I reflect on the last week  I reflect how important our vision is...... and when it becomes reality how awesome it is!

Here's how it went.....

Monday: Workshop to PHD graduates to guide their next career steps and market themselves. I also coached a mature aged job seeker who was brilliant and who has crafted an amazing #personalbrand to stand out.  He did most of it himself with me guiding him along the way.

Tuesday: I ran 2 x 1/2 day workshops on efficiency helping teams gain control of their workload and time so they can get home on time to their families. We have a life outside work!

Wednesday: Coached a client who was a highly accomplished executive woman and single mum looking to market herself for the future she wants to create and move into a role with more connection, meaning and fulfillment. Sometimes high achievers in life need even more support to achieve their potential because they conquer their goals quickly. Today's meeting with a book publisher went well, they liked my initial proposal!

Thursday: Spoke at an awesome conference on the Gold Coast to inspire women to Unleash their Personal Brand. It was to raise money for the Hunger Project with some women who I look up to and was so excited to work with! The event raised over $10,000!

Friday: Polished off the week with a flight to Gladstone today helping a frontline team get their time and inbox under control. We had a wonderful day with a lot of 'smash it out, get it done' kind of productivity. One participant managed to delete 15,000 emails!

This week was my vision when I crafted 'My Ideal Work Week' on my vision board 4 years ago. One of my key values is to make a difference in the world and I think it worked pretty well this week! Love it!!!!! I have to admit I could not have come this far without the support of my parents, colleagues, friends, and my admin support team.

What would be on your vision board for your "Ideal Work Week"?
