In this edition of our Shining the Light series, I’m delighted to introduce Lauren Jones — a highly experienced consultant, trainer, and facilitator who helps leaders and organisations build resilient, future-ready businesses.

From Engineering to Empowered Leadership

Lauren’s journey spans over 30 years, beginning in engineering and manufacturing, where she sharpened her technical skills and learned the importance of quality assurance, safety, and systems thinking. She then moved into operations management and, eventually, consulting, bringing to the table a powerful combination of analytical rigour and people-centred leadership. 

This deep experience gives her a unique perspective: she knows how to turn compliance, often seen as a burden, into a strategic advantage, making risk work for growth rather than just a checkbox.
