Meet Jessica Schubert, Executive Coach, Author and Advisor to some of the most disrupted industries on the planet on the future of work

Jessica Schubert grew up in Cologne in Germany and studied business, French and English and has spent the last 17 years working in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

If there's one thing for certain, it's that living and working abroad is not for the faint-hearted. You need to be adaptable, connect fast and see around corners. You need to anticipate the country you’re going to live in, the culture, the people and build relationships quickly to survive.

After working across industries across the globe, Jessica now makes Melbourne helping leaders navigate constant change so with agility and adaptability to thrive in the future of work.

Knowing her clients well she typically works with them on challenges such as:

  • CONVERSATION – listen and understand challenges

  • CONSULT – suggest tailored learning solutions

  • CO-CREATE – include leaders in the design process

  • COACH – deliver, facilitate and coach

  • CONSIDER – feedback and go back to the conversation

And even better, she walks her talk. This year Jessica even wrote her new book "Lead the Future" which is the leading guide for leaders to navigate the constant change and uncertainty they find themselves in, much like living in another county,  to continue to connect and drive the performance of their team.

The lens she sees the world through is adaptability and relevance. These are what really set her apart in making people and resources come together, especially during crunch times in their careers and roles as leaders.

Jessica’s incredible passion, enthusiasm and energy is what keeps her clients across the world continuing to work with her and she thrives on being able to adapt to so many cultures, languages and locations. She has an infectious curiosity and compassion for leaders trying to make sense of the new world they find themselves in when it comes to connecting, engaging and continuing to drive growth.

What I love most about Jessica is the standard she holds her clients to. She is the living breathing example of what a Woman of Influence looks like. Driven, warm, passionate, focused, enthusiastic and leaves every person she connects with a sense of hope, belief and energy to elevate themselves. All key attributes that create the magnetic presence of a Woman With Influence!
