Stacey Ashley wasn't content with being a great leader in just one organisation. She wanted to develop great leaders in a great variety of organisations. So, she made the decision to leave a very comfortable company, in a very comfortable role, doing what she was very good at, so that she could ultimately make a bigger difference.

Even though she had always wanted to be the CEO, suddenly it became irrelevant. So, she decided to elevate the practice of leadership. This is what she was born to do.

Elevating the Practice of Leadership with a Committed Leadership Coach

Stacey works with leaders in large organisations, to create even more leaders. As a leadership coach she wants to develop people who can not only lead high performance teams but also large transformation and change. And she wants to create leaders who, in their own ways, will make a bigger difference.

Stacey has over 30 years of experience. And as a leadership expert and leadership coach she has helped thousands of people develop their leadership competence, confidence and credibility. The author of five best-selling leadership books on Amazon. Stacey has been featured in The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, INTHEBLACK, HRD, CEO Magazine and Coaching World.

Embracing Possibility

Stacey is obsessed with possibility. She wants to help as many leaders as she can to lead in possibility. She typically speaks at conferences, runs workshops, consults and coach, face-to-face and online all across Australia, including Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide. She works globally as well.

You’re On Mute

The book, You're on Mute, asks key questions to help you optimise your online leadership presence, influence, and authority.

With the outbreak of COVID, the world scrambled to move business operations online, and people were challenged to become acquainted with a new way of working, You're On Mute became one of the most commonly used phrases in business around the world.

Now two years later, it’s no laughing matter. With more than half of employees wanting to work remotely at least 50% of the time and more than 75% of departments expecting to have some or all of their team working remotely within the next few years, working online is a significant feature of the modern workplace.

Power Up
