Growing up, Renée wanted to be a performer, a nurse, a teacher and a journalist. Seeing people realise and achieve what is possible lights her up, and when you spend time in the company of Renee she really does light up! But she found her superpower as one of Australia’s top leadership experts instead!

After working with leaders in some of Australia’s best-known brands, she has identified the specific leadership, communication and mindset issues that come with the complex environment we face today.

But there have been a number of times in her life where things haven’t gone to plan. Where it just seemed to be one thing after the other, from living in another country, career change, to her father passing away, to family health challenges, living in Melbourne with multiple lockdowns… and yet she still has the incredible energy and enthusiasm, that is Renee. Her dynamic flair, energy, adaptability, wisdom and passion for assisting others in growing and achieving even more success is truly extraordinary.

Over the span of her consulting career, Renee has become well known as one of Australia’s top leadership experts. She’s worked with thousands of clients across 24 industries, delivered over 3,000 workshop programs and has conducted close to 2,500 coaching sessions.

She is often on radio sharing her message. And she has had her inspirational insights and thought leadership published in The Age, CEO Magazine, Huffington Post, Coaching Life, Retail World and many more. She is also the founder and host of the Limitless Leaders Podcast.

Limitless Leadership

Renee published her first book, Limitless Leadership, in 2016 and was a contributor to the Leaders of Influence anthology. In 2021 she published her 3rd book, Gift Mindset® – Unwrap the 12 gifts to lead and live a life of purpose, connection and contribution.
