When your Business Development activity is working, it’s like a
well-tuned orchestra, where each instrument creates a symphony of success.
How it works:
Before the BD Bootcamp
We’ll jump on a coaching call together to determine where you are in your growth, clarify your goals, and decide on the best approach to inject 100 leads into your practice over the next 2 days.
You’ll walk away with a clear plan outlining the specific activity or activities you’ll focus on during the Bootcamp to generate your leads.
During the Bootcamp
Each day, we’ll be using the “Pomodoro Technique” of working in blocks of 1-hour timeframes. You will complete 5 x 1-hour sessions. Yes, we will stop for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
There are regular breaks and activities to keep your brain fresh and engaged throughout the day, helping you complete the goal of injecting 100 leads into your practice within 2 days.
After the Bootcamp
You’ll leave with a new plan to keep your Business Development momentum going, identifying the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines needed to support your continued growth.
