Sarah has over 20 years of global experience in HR. She is a seasoned HR technology consultant and project manager, passionate about delivering innovative and impactful solutions that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement.
She is a Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma certified professional. Wherein she applies rigorous and data-driven methodologies to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with the client firm's strategic goals and values.
She has successfully managed and delivered multiple HR technology projects, ranging from procurement and change management to service delivery and candidate experience, across various sectors and geographies. She thrives on collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams, leveraging her strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
What I love most about Sarah is how she shows up and puts one foot in front of the other. For her clients, she walks her talk. Knowing the big leap it can be for them to shift to a new HRIS system, she leads by example. Focusing on the plan, the right actions at the right time, one step at a time and maintaining progress even if it’s something her clients have never done before.
