 Leadership is complex.

In today's world of trying to achieve more with less, engagement scores and managing team performance it can be hard to think creatively under pressure.

Forbes Magazine found that at any moment in time 70% of employees are disengaged. This creates frustrated leaders who lose time on leading and end up pulled into operational tasks where the approach is "it's just easier if I do it".
